# index_parser

A parser manager.

## Installation & Configuration

> index_parser requires Python 3.6.0 or higher and pip 19.0 or higher.

To install, use the following command:

`bash pip install --pre index_parser `

This will automatically install all necessary packages for operation: flask.

## Quick Start

`bash python -m index_parser `

or in development and debug mode

`bash flask --app index_parser run --debug `
