Public M3U Directory & Utilities

IPTV Playlist provides public IPTV playlist links organized by country and topic, plus browser-based tools to inspect, test, and analyze M3U streams. This repository contains a small, independent offline URL builder for its public directory and utility pages.

The helper does not fetch streams, proxy media, host playlist files, or claim to be an official IPTV Playlist SDK.

Usage

from iptvplaylist_m3u_tools import metadata, playlist_url, tool_url

Supported tools are checker, analyzer, viewer, and guides. Core behavior is offline and uses no network requests.
