pip install is-it-ai

Usage

Local Detection

from is_it_ai import detect, is_claude_code

if detect():
    print("Running under an AI agent")

if is_claude_code():
    print("Running under Claude Code")

Cloud Verification

from is_it_ai import verify

result = verify()
if result.verified:
    print(f"Verified: ${result.message}")
else:
    print(f"Failed {result.message}")

API

detect() - Detect if running under any known AI agent
is_claude_code() - Detect Claude Code specifically
is_perplexity() - Detect Perplexity specifically
is_cursor() - Detect Cursor specifically
is_codex() - Detect Codex specifically
get_context() - Collect execution environment context
verify(context, timeout) - Verify against cloud service
