Install
pip install java2-extention==1.1.0
Usage
java2 # interactive menu
java2 "query" # search immediately
java2 --recent # browse latest uploads
java2dl <url> # download direct from URL
What's new in 1.1.0
- Fixed 404 on download:
get_filetokens are time-limited. The downloader now refreshes the video page immediately before every download attempt and auto-retries up to 2 times on 404/403 — no more 0-byte files. - Better error detection:
detect_http_status()parses curl verbose output to surface the real HTTP status code instead of silently writing HTML error pages to disk. - Atomic cookie jar writes: cookie persistence is now race-condition-free via
os.replace()(atomic on POSIX).
