查询京东自营新品首发商品。
参数：
| 参数 | 类型 | 默认值 | 说明 |

| keyword | string | "" | 品类或商品关键词，支持模糊匹配 |
| max_price | float | 0 | 最高到手价，0表示不限 |
| sort | string | "score" | 排序：score=综合，price=价格升序，discount=优惠金额降序 |
| min_good_comments | float | 97 | 最低好评率，可选98/99/100，指定后好评率不降级 |
| page | int | 1 | 页码，每页50条 |
筛选机制：
- 硬过滤（不可降级）：京东自营/旗舰店 + 好评率≥97%
- 动态筛选（可降级）：默认好评≥97% + 销量≥1000
- 降级路径：(97,1000) → (97,500) → (97,100) → (97,0)
