jHECHMS
HEC-HMS hydrological model extracted from SYMFLUENCE.
Dual-backend (JAX + NumPy) implementation of core HEC-HMS algorithms: ATI snow model, SCS-CN continuous loss, Clark unit hydrograph, and linear reservoir baseflow.
