JobCtrl 0.0.1
This is the initial PyPI project-identity release for JobCtrl.
Version 0.0.1 intentionally contains no JobCtrl application runtime and must not be used as a production dependency. The first supported JobCtrl package release is planned as version 2.0.0 and will be published through the project's signed release workflow.
