Run a job search like an operator, not an applicant.

jobops is a local-first, plain-text system for running a job search: one markdown file per role as the source of truth, plus an engine that discovers roles, scores fit against a fact-locked record of your experience, tailors application materials without inventing facts, and prepares and debriefs interviews.

Design principles:

• Your data is yours. Plain text on your disk. No platform, no lock-in, no export button needed.
• Nothing is invented. Tailoring assembles from a fact-locked library of your real accomplishments. The engine never free-hands a fact about you.
• A no-op never reports success. If a step did nothing, it says so loudly rather than returning OK.
