🚨 EDRN PubNot
"PubNot" is the EDRN publication notifier. It watches for changes from the Data Management and Coordinating Center's publication SOAP API for any new, deleted, or changed publications.

For developers:
python3 -m venv .venv
.venv/bin/pip install --editable .
