JuMonC-nekRS

A plugin for JuMonC to enable interaction and data retrival from nekRS simulations

Installation

jumonc-nekrs can be installed using pip:

pip install jumonc-nekrs

This automatically registers as a JuMonC plugin, and will be started with the next JuMonC (if they are both in the same enviroment)

• python3 minimum version 3.6
• mpi4py
• flask
• flask-login
• Flask-SQLAlchemy
• pluggy
• typing-extension in case you are using python version <=3.9
