kaplanpy
kaplan is a Python library which offers basic computer-assisted translation (CAT) capabilities a CAT tool aimed at linguists/LSPs should have.
It is distributed under the MIT License, which means you are more than welcome to use it for your open/close source projects.
kaplan depends on the following Python libraries:
