keeporswap
Conservative cross-stack fit scanner. Report-only — tells you what to swap, what to keep, and what git alone cannot prove.
uv sync
uv run keeporswap scan
uv run keeporswap scan /path/to/repo --json
uv run keeporswap verify /path/to/repo --finding pip-to-uv
scan is local and Docker-free. verify is optional: it copies the repo into a temp dir and runs install/lint micro-benchmarks in your Docker daemon. It does not upload code or edit the checkout.
