KSTAR: Kinase-Substrate Transfer to Activity Relationships

KSTAR is an open-source software for estimating kinase activities from phosphoproteomic data. KSTAR implements statistical and graph-theoretic approaches to produce a robust activity score that increases with increasing evidence from a kinase’s network.
