langchain-ictcontact
LangChain tools for driving ICTContact — a multi-tenant contact center and predictive dialer — and its hosted edition ICTDialer.com. They run the same framework, so this package drives either one. Let an agent start, stop and monitor outbound campaigns.
Install
pip install langchain-ictcontact
Tools
list_campaigns, get_campaign_status, get_campaign_summary, get_campaign_result,
start_campaign, stop_campaign, add_contact_to_campaign — bundled by ICTContactToolkit.
Usage
from langchain_ictcontact import ICTContactToolkit
toolkit = ICTContactToolkit.from_credentials(
base_url="https://your-ictcontact-server", api_token="...", # or username=..., password=...
)
tools = toolkit.get_tools()
# pass `tools` to any LangChain agent
The tools are a client for an ICTContact / ICTDialer server, so they need a reachable install
and an API-enabled account (a Bearer API token, or an API username and password). start_campaign
begins live outbound calling, so gate it as you see fit.
