Project description
launchcontainers
Scripts for:
- Converting and sorting files from DICOM to NIfTI
- Creating symbolic links to those niftis so that we don't copy files
- Launching containers in BCBL or DIPC
The documentation is in the wiki:

- Reporting and citation In this wiki page we include examples of how to report and cite RTP and all the included tools, it will change depending on the selected tools.
