This name is reserved for launchpad — release management for uv Python workspaces: semantic version bumps aggregated from towncrier news fragments, changelogs, and per-project git tags. Not related to Canonical's Launchpad or Apple's macOS Launchpad.
The real distribution (platform wheels carrying the launchpad binary) lands with v0.1.0. Until then, see https://github.com/GabrielCostanzo/launchpad
