CircleCI codecov Documentation Status

LDGMs (Linkage Disequilibrium Graphical Models) are sparse and accurate models of linkage disequilibrium (LD) which massively accelerate matrix algebra computations in statistical genetics.

Please refer to the documentation for information on installing and using the software.
