Requirements

Running

• UNIX or UNIX-like operating system (Windows untested)
• Python 3.6+ (CPython or PyPy) with PIP
  • python3 -m pip install wheel

Building

Running requirements +

• A C++11 compiler
• GNU Make
• SWIG
