lingc-cli
A convenience command-line tool for operating and maintaining Lingchu Bot.
Provides safe startup (lc run), environment detection (lc env),
diagnostics (lc doctor), package management (lc install/uninstall/update),
repair (lc repair), scaffolding (lc init), database migrations
(lc db) and self-update (lc self-update).
