lingotweaker (name reservation)
This is a placeholder release that reserves the PyPI name lingotweaker for
the LingoTweaker project — a clean-room Rust port of LanguageTool
(engine, rule data, CLI, HTTP server and bindings).

- This package currently contains no functionality. Real releases will replace it. Do not depend on it.
