LlamaIndex tool spec for the Council of AI GSPC board — a thin wrapper over csoai-gspc (0.2.20260930.1+), the reader for Council of AI's live GSPC board (https://councilof.ai/api/gspc). Two tools: gspc_board (the live board) and verify_card (free signed-card verification — VALID / INVALID / UNCHECKABLE).

gspc_board returns one of three states: LIVE (totals or the axis row, verbatim from the board), ABSENT (no axis by that name or alias), UNREACHABLE (the board could not be fetched — no cached or invented number is ever returned). Measurement only: a card is evidence, never a grade, mark or endorsement. Verification is free.

verify_card takes card_id (the full 64-hex id) or card (the JSON) and returns VALID, INVALID with the reason, or UNCHECKABLE — "could not check" is never "forged". It is free, always. The same verdicts are served by the remote MCP server at https://councilof.ai/mcp.
