Installation

Install this plugin in the same environment as LLM.

llm install llm-jina-reader

Configuration

This plugin requires a Jina Reader API token. Set your token as an environment variable:

export JINA_READER_TOKEN="your-jina-reader-token"

Usage

You can feed a full conversation thread from Jina Reader into LLM using the jina: fragment with the ID of the conversation. For example:

llm -f jina:43615912 'summary with illustrative direct quotes'

Item IDs can be found in the URL of the conversation thread.

Development

To set up this plugin locally, first checkout the code. Then create a new virtual environment:

cd llm-jina-reader
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate

Now install the dependencies and test dependencies:

pip install -e '.[test]'

To run the tests:

python -m pytest
