CLI to manage locally-installed Odoo.
This script is used by [odoo-helper-scripts](https://github.com/katyukha/odoo-helper-scripts) and [OdooD](https://github.com/katyukha/odood) to manage locally-installed odoo.
For example, it provides CLI commands, like:
addons-uninstall
