AIGP-Light: local detect & respond for Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.

Part of MAIGP — the Mediated AI Governance Protocol: a runtime consent / scope / evidence layer for AI systems. Every governed call is CHECKed before it runs (policy, scope, jurisdiction, circuit-breaker) and RECORDed + TRACEd as tamper-evident evidence after.

What it governs

Governs inter-agent A2A calls — locally, with no external governance service.

How it works

AIGP-Light runs the detect-and-respond loop locally — no governance server round-trip. It observes call behavior (latency, error rate, cost), applies responses (circuit-breakers, rate limits, alerts) from a local YAML/JSON policy, and emits RFC-010 traces.

Install

pip install maigp-light-a2a

Pulls in maigp-light (the local governance engine).

Quick start
