Libreria de envio de correos mediante la API de Mailgun

Empaquetador simple de envio de correos mediante mailgun.
- Se necesita una API KEY generada desde mailgun y el dominio asociado como parametros
- Se debe elaborar una plantilla de envio de correo que pida un array de variables
- la libreria empaqueta los datos y hace el llamado respectivo a la API de mailgun para el envio del correo
