Fix Queue Job Set To Done
A job whose method or model no longer exists in the code can no longer be marked as done or cancelled: “Mark as done” used to fail with AttributeError: '<model>' object has no attribute '<method>', because Job.load reloads the job’s method before changing its state.
Such orphaned jobs can now be set directly to done or cancelled on their own record (with the usual date and message), without going through Job.load. Requeuing them remains impossible: an explicit error message is raised instead.
