Inventory Management System
Description: This is a simple inventory management system designed for the Finals Lab Exam. It allows users to manage inventory by adding, deleting, searching, and updating parts.

Features:
- addPart(): Add a new part to the inventory.
- deletePart(): Remove a part from the inventory.
- searchPart(): Search for a part in the inventory.
- changePartDescription(): Change the description of a part.
- printInventory(): Print the current inventory.
