Masked Split
Split text with masked substrings where delimiters would not apply.
Input text: "Hello, World!" {USER.NAME} Said. What a surprise! I was happy.
Delimiters: ['!', '.']
Masks: [['"', '"'], ['{', '}']]
Result: ['"Hello, World!" {USER.NAME} Said.', 'What a surprise!', 'I was happy.']
