MASSIM - an Ecological simulation framework for synthesizing FT-ICR data.
Introduction
Installation
MASSIM can be installed using the pip package manager with:
>>> pip install massim
However, note that MASSIM installation requires that C++ extension modules be built, which maybe I can get github to handle
Windows:
Python - install, add env vars
Downlod VS Installer Choose Desktop Development with C++ Also, in right pane, select: C++ Clang Tools for Windows C++/CLI Tools Windows 11 SDK MSVC Build
