MatchPoint
MatchPoint is a package for performing point set registration.
Current functionality
MatchPoint class functionality:
- Store source and destination point sets
- Determine and store matched data points using a threshold
- Save and load the class data in a netCDF data file.
Implemented point set registration algorithms:
- Iterative closest point
- Cross-correlation
- Kernel correlation
- Geometric hashing
