运行atk仿真

这是一个调用航天仿真软件ATK的mcp，提供所需参数后mcp会运行仿真，并返回卫星的位置信息，输入参数包括： 提示词模板： 我想执行一次仿真，为我提供卫星的位置信息，仿真参数如下： 想定开始时间：5 Nov 2022 00:00:00.000； 想定结束时间：6 Nov 2022 00:00:00.000； 半长轴：6700000.0； 偏心率：0； 轨道倾角：0 升交点赤经：0； 近地点幅角：0 真近点角：0 第一次轨道持续时间：7200； 第一次机动瞄准的目标远地点半径：84328394.0； 第二次轨道预报的停止条件：42164197.0； 第二次机动瞄准的目标偏心率：0； 生成报告的开始时间：5 Nov 2022 01:00:00.000； 生成报告的结束时间：5 Nov 2022 02:00:00.000；
