MDEntropy is a python library that allows users to perform information-theoretic analyses on molecular dynamics (MD) trajectories. It includes methods to calculate:
- Bias-Corrected Entropy
- Conditional Entropy
- Mutual Information
- Normalized Mutual Information

- Normalized Conditional Mutual Information
