installation:
git clone https://github.com/MDU-PHL/mdu-snpit.git
pip3 install mdu-snpit/dist/*.whl
instruction:
mdu-snpit xx.fa
mdu-snpit xx.vcf
mdu-snpit xx/snps.tab
