Local YAML recipes with four operations: edit, view, resolve product references through Pantry, and create a self-contained share link for Plate.

Recipes live in ~/.config/recipes by default. Pass --dir to any command to
use another directory. The nutrient names are mealtime-nutrients: 41 of them,
grams throughout, and energy in kcal. Every output carries the four core
nutrients and only the others it has a figure for; an absent key means the same
as a null, and an explicit zero remains zero. JSON food items are flat. Share
links keep the compressed #r= format understood by Plate; the payload uses the
same fields.
Ingredient nutrients describe their grams, which every item must state as a
positive weight; recipe output describes one recipe serving and is a flat record
in the shared
item format,
so it pipes straight into whatever tool records what you ate.
