Meeting Recorder MCP
Local MCP server that records meetings via the microphone and transcribes with Whisper. All audio stays on the user's machine.
Usage in Claude Desktop
Add to claude_desktop_config.json:

Tools
meeting_recorder_start(language)— start recording from micmeeting_recorder_stop(language)— stop and transcribemeeting_recorder_status()— check recording state
Privacy
- Audio is processed locally with faster-whisper (no cloud APIs)
- Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription
- No data leaves the user's machine
