PSCAD Automation Library

The PSCAD Automation Library is designed to allow control of the PSCAD application from a Python script.

Requirements

The PSCAD Automation Library requires the following tools are installed:

  • PSCAD 5.x

  • Python 3.x (such as Python 3.9.5)

    • PIP - Python's package manager (included with Python 3.5 and later)
    • PyWin32 - Python extensions for Microsoft Windows
