Enables GitHub Copilot as the only LLM provider for Mito AI (enterprise/admin install).

mito-ai-helper-github-copilot
Admin-installed helper package. When importable alongside mito_ai, Mito AI uses only GitHub Copilot (device OAuth + Copilot HTTP API). Without this package, standard Mito AI providers are unchanged.
Install: pip install mito-ai-helper-github-copilot (from your enterprise distribution).
