MMAING-AESOP
MMAING-AESOP é um sistema de detecção precoce de surtos baseado na combinação de:
- Rt (Reproduction Transmission indicator)
- Ensemble de modelos de Machine Learning (Isolation Forest, LOF, OCSVM, COPOD)
O modelo emite Early Warning Signals (EWS) a partir de séries temporais semanais de atenção primária.
