MOFUN
MOFUN is a Python package that can find and replace patterns in a molecular structure, across periodic boundaries.
Installation
Requires Python > 3.8.
pip install mofun
Examples
mofun {input-structure} {output-structure} -f {find-pattern} -r {replace-pattern}
