Installation
pip install mpiemses3d-tools

Codex plugin setup:
mpiemses-codex-plugin install

# Open /plugins, install "MPIEMSES3D Context", then restart Codex.
If the Codex CLI is not installed, mpiemses-codex-plugin install prints the Codex CLI install and login steps.
