run time dependencies instal Flask - framework - my computer communicates with the clients's one

pip instal Flask 

for development:

pip install pytest pylint

pytest .

pylint *q.py

python main.py

install dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt 

--tag - name the image

docker build --tag nanourl . 

-p -- port

docker run -p 5000:5000 nanourl
