napari-IDS
A simple plugin to use with napari
This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.
Installation
You can install napari-IDS via pip:
pip install napari-IDS
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/githubuser/napari-IDS.git
First utilisation
Suggested environment :
- Python 3.8
- IDS 1.2.0.5 version installed
To use this package for the first time :
- Install Napari
pip install "napari[all]" - Install napari-IDS package
- Install IDS Python api thanks to the command
ids_packages
If your environment is not the suggested environment, you have to install IDS packages manually.
Contributing
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
