IMF Importer Plugin for NEAT

For Developers

Install UV
Setup a development environment:
```
uv sync --all-extras
```
Install the plugin locally
```
uv pip install -e .
```

Note - make sure that the plugin and Neat is deployed in the same environment

Check example usage of the plugin in the examples folder.
