Package to work with NEID Spectra

NEIDspec
A NEID spectrum class based on HPFspec. In development.
Installation
We need to first install crosscor
git clone https://github.com/TeHanHunter/crosscorr.git
cd crosscorr
python3 setup.py install
Then, install NEIDSpec
git clone https://github.com/TeHanHunter/neidspec.git
cd neidspec
python3 setup.py install
