A model harness like Claude Code or Codex built in python, supports Anthropic natively and a large amount of models via OpenRouter and Ollama
Install
git clone https://github.com/Optccopa/neptune
cd neptune
pip install -e .
neptune "hello" # Prompts to fill in api secrets on first run
