NetSSE Python package for network-based sea state estimation

NetSSE, version 2.1

Release date: 22-08-2025.

This is the NetSSE open-source Python package for network-based sea state estimation from ships, buoys, and other observation platforms.

NetSSE is the result of ongoing work carried out from 2020 onwards by researchers at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Section of Fluid Mechanics, Coastal and Maritime Engineering.
