NOMAD Analysis
NOMAD Analysis is a community-developed plugin to support analysis workflows in NOMAD Oasis deployments. It contains a collections of ELN schemas and functionalities to enable users to create, share, and run analysis on NOMAD entries.
Features
- Jupyter Analysis: Create analysis ELNs linked with Jupyter Notebooks, with seamless access to NOMAD entries.
- Jupyter Analysis Templates: Define reusable notebook structures to standardize analyses across entries. (coming soon)
- NOMAD Actions from ELN: Run specialized processing pipelines directly from the ELN.
- Extensible Schemas: Easily extend the provided schemas to fit your specific analysis needs.
