一个nonebot2的插件便捷安装和升级插件（基于nb-cli和pip)

为了方便我在手机上直接控制bot安装和更新插件而开发的一款插件
💿 安装
nb-cli安装
在 nonebot2 项目的根目录下打开命令行, 输入以下指令即可安装nb plugin install nonebot-plugin-pluginupdatecheck
pip安装
pip install nonebot-plugin-pluginupdatecheck
🎉 使用
检测插件更新：输入检测插件更新、检查插件更新
更新指定插件：输入更新插件“你指定的插件”空格后加的数字编号代表python源（默认清华源）
安装指定插件：输入安装插件“你指定的插件”空格后加的数字编号代表python源（默认清华源）
查看源：查看可以用的python源，前面的数字编号可以在插件安装的时候使用
添加env环境变量：输入添加env后接要加的变量
