nop-mcp

一个空操作的 MCP (Model Context Protocol) 服务器,专门设计为不实现任何工具的占位符服务器。

功能

  • 实现完整的 MCP 服务器协议
  • list_tools 接口返回空工具列表
  • 专用于占位、测试或需要无功能MCP服务器的特殊场景

使用场景

  • 占位符:在系统配置中需要MCP服务器但不需要实际功能时
  • 测试环境:测试MCP客户端连接和基础协议功能
  • 开发调试:验证MCP协议实现而不受具体工具干扰
  • 兼容性测试:确保MCP客户端能正确处理无工具的服务器

安装

从 PyPI 安装(推荐)

pip install nop-mcp

本地开发安装

# 激活虚拟环境
source .venv/bin/activate

# 依赖已预装,直接使用即可

使用方法

直接运行

# 从PyPI安装后
nop-mcp

# 或使用模块方式
python -m nop_mcp.server

# 本地开发时使用便捷脚本
python run_server.py

在 Claude Desktop 中配置

~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json 中添加:
