nowrun CLI

Deploy Android apps to a live URL, straight from your AI coding agent.

nowrun publishes Android apps to nowrun and streams each one at a URL anyone can open in a browser — no install. Any engine that builds an APK works (native, Unity, Godot, Unreal).

Install

pip install nowrun

Already installed? nowrun update upgrades the CLI and refreshes the skill + MCP server.

Setup

You need Python 3.8+ and a token — the human creates an account and verifies a card at nowrun.io, then copies the token. One command authenticates the CLI and sets up your agent:

nowrun init -t <token>      # authenticates + installs the nowrun skill & MCP server

Then open your AI tool in the project folder and ask it to deploy your app. It learns the CLI from nowrun help --json and nowrun <command> -h.

Everyday commands

Tips: nowrun init stores credentials in ~/.nowrun (works from any folder); add --json to any command for machine-readable output.

Other AI tools

nowrun init (and nowrun setup) set up Claude by default. For another tool, run nowrun setup --target <tool> — it installs whichever pieces that tool supports:

nowrun setup --target cursor

For anything else: nowrun skill show and nowrun mcp show print content you can paste.
